  • Cool-down- Static Stretching
Wednesday/Thursday:
  • Warm-up- Dynamic Stretching
  • Group exercises: Cardiovascular endurance/Core/Upper body
  • Fitnessgram assessmnets- Students must set goals based on previous assessments. 
    • Mile-run
    • Pacer
    • Curl-ups
    • Push-ups
    • Sit and Reach
    • BMI
    • Height/Weight 
  • Cool-down- Static Stetching
Friday: Begin next unit: Team Handball
  • Video on Speedball (lead-up game for Team Handball)
  • Warm-up: Cardiovascular Activity and Dynamic Stretching
  • Group Exercises: Core and Lower body
  • Create teams 
  • Game Play: Speedball 
    • Motor Skills -Throwing, Catching, and Running
    • Tactics and Strategies: Offense vs. Defense 
  • Static Stretching/Review
