  • Single-elimination Volleyball Tournament- Championship Game
  • Cool-down/Closing- Review Tournament, Static Stretches
Wednesday
  • Warm-up-Cardiovascular Endurance Exercises & Dynamic Stretches
  • Group Exercises- Lower-body workout
  • End of the unit fun volleyball games
  • Cool-down/Closing- Static Stretches
Thursday
  • SLO examinations
