Standard 1: Motor Skills and Movement Patterns.
Ex: High Knee Lifts, Straight Legs, Skips
Standard 3: Participates in Physical Activities Daily.
Ex: Participation Assessment: The student must participate in physical activities from the beginning of class until the very end to receive full credit.
Standard 4: Achieves and Maintains a Health Enhancing Level of Fitness.
Ex: Each student must achieve their fitness goals throughout the semester, maintain those goals, and then reach for higher goals.
Monday

- Dynamic Stretching
- Group Exercises: Flexibility and Aerobic Dance Routine
- Group Work- Create an Aerobic Dance Routine
- 4 minute assessment: Each group must have at least 4 minutes of their aerobic dance routine completed. (100pts)
- Cool-down/Closing- Static Stretching & Review
Tuesday
- Warm-up- Review Dynamic Stretching
- Group Exercises: Flexibility and Aerobic Dance Routine
- Group Work: Create an Aerobic Dance Routine
- Cool-down/Closing- Static Stretching & Review
Wednesday
- Warm-up: Cardiovascular endurance & Dynamic Stretching
- Group Exercises: Flexibility, Core, and Aerobic Dance Routine
- Group Work- Create an Aerobic Dance Routine
- Cool-down/Closing
Thursday
- Warm-up: Cardiovascular Endurance & Dynamic Stretching
- Group Exercises: Flexibility, Core/Upper body and Aerobic Dance Routine
- Group Work- Create an Aerobic Dance Routine
- Cool-down/Closing
Friday
- Warm-up: Cardiovascular Endurance & Dynamic Stretching

- 6 Minute Assessment: Teacher Observation (100 pts)
