    • Must follow rubric
      • Dance must be 121-136 bpm
      • Dance must allow students to reach their target heart rate
      • Must use a prop
      • Must dance for a cause Ex: Freedom of Speech
      • Synchronization
      • Duration - 6 minutes 
      • Music- Fast tempo, appropriate lyrics

Tuesday:

  • Review Heart Rate Information
  • Warm-up- Review F.I.T.T. Principle for the unit
  • Create groups
