Standards for the Week:

Monday:
Fitnessgram Assessments-
- Height and Weight
- Sit and Reach
- Record Results
Tuesday:
- Warm-up: Dynamic Stretching
- Curl-ups- Students have 60 seconds to do as many curl-ups as possible- Record Results
- Push-ups- Students have 60 seconds to do as many push-ups as possible-Record Results
- Mile Run-1st Group: : Goal- Under 7 minutes
- Mile Run- 2nd Group: Goal- Under 12 minutes
- Cool Down- Static Stretching
Wednesday:
- Warm-up: Dynamic Stretching
- Pacer: 1st Group-Goal- Over 50
- Pacer: 2nd Group- Goal- Over 40
- Cool Down- Static Stretching
Thursday/Friday:
- Warm-up: 3 laps around the outdoor track
- Review Kickball: Review bases, rules, offensive strategies, and defensive strategies.
- Begin Kickball- Lead up game for Softball/Whiffle ball
- Cool-down: Review muscles, static stretching
