  • Warm-up: Slow jog, dynamic stretching
  • Group rehearsal: Step and Stroll

  • Closing- review written assessment that will be given on Tuesday
Tuesday:
  • Unit test
  • Review Videos of Performances
  • Writing Prompt: Self and Peer Evaluation: Use rubric to assess. 
  • Review Final Portion of Unit: Battle Step
Wednesday:
  • Video clip: Battle Step
  • Warm-up: Cardiovascular Endurance Workout: Slow Jog
  • Muscular endurance and strength workout
  • Group practice: Battle Step
  • Cool-down: static stretching
Thursday:

  • Video clip: Battle Step
  • Warm-up: Slow Jog
  • Muscular endurance and strength workout: Core focus
  • Review Battle Step
