Project: Stepping and Strolling



Standards covered this week:

Standard 1. Motor skills and movement patterns
Ex: The learner will demonstrate the proper exercise movements during the warm-up, workout and cool-down

Standard 2. Demonstrates understanding of movement concepts, principles, strategies, and tactics as they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities.
Ex: The learner will learn movements needed to create an aerobic dance routine.

Ex: The learner will participate during class.

Ex: The learner will show respect for the diversity, strengths, and weaknesses of other learners.

Thursday:

Students will have a unit assessment: Task performance
