Standard 1. Demonstrates competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities.

Ex: The student will learn how to properly perform dynamic and static stretches during warm-up and cool-down.

Standard 4. Achieves and maintains a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.

Ex: The learner will set Fitnessgam goals.
