Ex: When submitting virtual workouts please perform all motor skills and movement patterns correctly!

Ex: You will submit weekly workout videos that will consist of a warm-up, workout and cool-down.

Ex: You will submit weekly workout logs with details of your daily workout routine!

Ex: You will discuss your personal fitness goals.

Ex: You should engage in some form of physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, and self-expression while you are at home!
